At PANTOGRAPHY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your PANTOGRAPHY account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
